Division of Labor Blueprint

  • We help organizations map their work environment through data-driven task deconstruction, discovery, and validation surveys, interviews and workshops.                We establish the necessary, structured data layer, standardizing schemas, task scoring and standing up the backend knowledge graphs for intelligent routing and governance. Each client receives their Custom Division of Labor Blueprint that establishes how tasks will be orchestrated and governed on Day 1 and on an ongoing basis.  The Blueprint sets the table for transition to Day 1 operations and is combined with user and admin  training  to ensure Implementation success.

  • Implementation Services

    Implementation Services begin with a Foundation phase, where we establish the API and surrounding environment, align technical and business requirements, and deliver quick-win agent use cases mapped to the Task Atlas and CMDB.
    In the Build & Customization phase, we expand agent development, formalize governance through an Advisory Board and Playbook, and launch a controlled pilot program.
    In Scale & Operationalization, we extend coverage enterprise-wide, optimize performance, transfer knowledge, and equip client teams for sustainable, metrics-driven adoption.
