Dain's experience spans leadership and operational roles in communications infrastructure, workflow and process automation solutions and workforce development and skilling initiatives. Dain serves as Board Chair and Strategic Advisor to Nexus Of Work shareholders and management.

Marc Walker

Co-Founder

Chief Data Scientist for Information and Advisory Services, Marc leads the design and application of advanced semantics, AI models, and decision intelligence frameworks within NOW OS, translating complex data into strategic, operational, and tactical insights that guide clients’ governance, optimization, and transformation initiatives.

Affan brings over 20 years of transformational leadership in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and organizational change management across international defense and strategic sectors. He has driven enterprise-scale modernization initiatives spanning AI adoption, cybersecurity education, and cloud enablement, shaping strategies that impacted 55 NATO entities and 25,000+ users worldwide.

David Sweeney

Principal Consultant

Dr.  David Sweeney has more than two decades of experience in higher education and pharmaceuticals. He has held senior leadership and advisory roles with Texas A&M University and the Texas Transportation Institute. He has also worked for Abbott Laboratories and consulted via private companies for more than a decade. His focus on strategy, human resource management, and organizational change management bring core skills to technical organizations that are uncommon.


Bin Mai

Chief Research Officer

Dr. Bin Mai brings nearly two decades of academic research, education, and industry consulting in IT management, specializing in human-AI collaboration and digital transformation. His research on AI’s impact on the division of labor, task-skill mapping, and human-centric information systems provides the theoretical foundation underpinning NOW OS’s design and mission to optimize human-AI organizational integration.

Hayden Earlewine

Lead Developer

Hayden is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, graduating in December 2025. Hayden is a NOW OS SW Developer and Technical Advisory. He has served as an Intern at the Institute for Defense Analyses, applying his core competencies in problem-solving and teamwork. My recent project involved creating a full-stack application to streamline internal systems communication.
